Lorelei has been a fabulous Realtor for my wife and I. We started looking for a home about two years ago when the market was ultra competitive and rates were low. We had a difficult time finding our home to say the least. Lorelei worked hard to help us find a home that would work for us. During this time I sold my personal home and moved in with my wife who at the time was my fiance. Lorelei helped me get my home ready and gave me resources to make that happen. I was able to sell my home quickly and above what the asking price was. My wife and I also were able to find a home that checked all the boxes for us about one year ago. We also need to sell our home in Reedley for the transition and after a challenging period of time that saw interest rates go way up and the housing market slow down we finally sold that home as well. Lorelei was extremely helpful since the beginning of our journey. When we first met, she knew our current situation, and that did not stop her from helping us. She was very thoughtful and continued giving us information about homes that we could be interested in. She found this home for us, and she knew it would be the one. She worked super quickly to set up a showing at this popular home and right after we seen it, she started the contract right away. In order to make our offer "stand out", Lorelei knew exactly what she needed to do. She didn't explain it right away, but we didn't mind because we completely trusted her, and we knew that she was willing to go above and beyond for us. Lorelei took the time to explain each document before sending it over and answered our questions in a timely manner. That was super important for us, especially as first-time buyers. She guided us through the most difficult decisions and offered her expert advice. She assisted throughout the whole process and even helped with setting up home inspections, home warranty, getting measurements for appliance openings and doing the final walkthrough.
